HOW ARE YOUR GARMENTS MADE?
Each piece is thoughtfully designed, conceptualized, and handmade by me in my atelier in Berlin. Local production minimizes transport emissions and ensures fair, ethical working conditions—free from child labor. I create unique, limited-edition collections, ensuring exclusivity while avoiding overproduction and waste. Also I primarily use deadstock fabrics and recycled materials, which are carefully selected and prepared. I am committed to create fully sustainable products with a long-lasting impact, both for you and the planet.
HOW DO I PICK THE RIGHT SIZE FOR ME?
My top priority is to create the perfect piece for you—one that you’ll cherish for years to come and that perfectly aligns with your needs. I create all our pieces myself here in Berlin, which allows me to accommodate individual wishes. Inclusivity is very important to me, so if your size isn’t listed or you have special sizing needs— or whether you’re particularly tall or petite—please reach out, and together we will find a solution.
WHAT ARE THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR MY GARMENT?
To ensure the longevity of your piece, please wash it gently in cold water (up to 30 degrees) using a delicate cycle or handwash. Lay it flat to dry to maintain the shape and quality of the fabric. Avoid using a tumble dryer, as this can damage the garment.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At the moment, I only ship within the EU. Orders are usually shipped once a week, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way. Please note I am unable to cover any customs costs if they do occur! Make sure to double-check your shipping address, as I cannot make changes once the parcel has been sent.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR REFUNDS?
I accept returns within 14 days. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of the return and a tracking number must be send to heleneisen.designs@gmail.com, as I am not responsible for any returns that fail to reach us. Once I have received the item I will notify you and issue a refund or exchange as requested. Please be aware that I can only refund or exchange items that are unworn, unwashed and undamaged, in original condition and with all tags attached.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THERE’S A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact me at heleneisen.designs@gmail.com or through the contact form on the website. I will respond as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.
To ensure your long-lasting happiness, I offer a repair service free of charge within 2 years. If you are based in Berlin, write me a message and we will make an appointment in my atelier. If you are not based in Berlin, I offer you the same service, but you have to pay the shipping costs.
